CASE PROCESSING

Client consultations
 will consist of steps 1 - 4.
Client investigations will consist of steps 1 - 10.

1. Client Request
SKI receives a client request for services. SKI will respond to schedule the initial client interview.

2. Initial Client Interview
The initial client interview, which may be conducted in-person, over the phone, or via email, allows SKI to communicate with and thoroughly document in detail what our client is experiencing to determine how SKI can meet our client's needs.

3. Case Action Plan (C.A.P.)
After our initial client interview, SKI will draft a C.A.P. based upon our client’s needs. During this  process, SKI will conduct background and historical research on the locations and personal experiences pertaining to the case.

4. Follow-up Interview
During the follow-up-interview,  SKI will meet in-person with our client to review all research findings and review the drafted C.A.P.

5. Pre-investigation
Should our client desire an on-site investigation, SKI will then proceed to execute the C.A.P. This process may include: conducting additional interviews with any relevant eye-witnesses, composite sketches, on-site walk-through to survey area and assemble floor plans, photographic documentations, and collecting measurements of relevant energy emissions. In some cases we may request that our client consult with their health care provider prior to the start of an investigation.

6. Investigation
SKI will conduct on-site paranormal observations as needed in order to consistently track unexplainable occurrences.

7. Case Data Report (C.D.R.)
Paranormal observations and documentation acquired during the investigations are reviewed and analyzed for potential evidence then compiled into the C.D.R. to present to our client.

8. Case Conclusion
SKI reviews the results of the C.D.R. with our client. During this time SKI provides detailed information about what has been observed and documented during the course of the investigation and, if necessary, provides further recommendations. Unless there are any extenuating circumstances, the case is considered closed.

9. 2 Week follow-up

10. 1 Month follow-up
